Creating rewards for those who deserve it- James William Awad, a young entrepreneur who wants to help change the lives of those who take a leap of faith

At the age of 16, I felt the need to reach consensus for a project I wanted to start and thought it would be a good idea to receive input and opinions from people around me. Not being able to find a platform where people can participate on the development of my business, I started my journey to create the first decentralized company in the world where users can work together to help build and manage it. Working all together and being able to create solutions to problems we all have is my belief for the meaning of life.
2. What gave you the idea to bring in the voting system for “normal votes” and “power votes” within the company? Do you feel it is detrimental to the final outcome of the business’ success?
Everyone should be allowed a second chance, especially people who ended up being right in the first place. That’s how I see “power votes”. You vote on something you thought was right, while most users vote on something else and all end up being wrong. That makes you eligible for power votes so that next time, you have more “voting power” during a voting session.
